If i found exchanger in my local they will charge some huge amount for bank withdrwal if i convert that into PP then PP don't charge much

so you don't found that exchanger EGC to bank account but you found exchanger to convert you money to PP and you withdraw. right?
why you didn't exchanger money from EGC to LR?

If i exchange money to LR then i need to exchange it to PP again to withdrwa the process will become double
