There´s already one board with this name: " General Chat" where you are supposed to post everything matched with this :

We maybe can chat in sections for each member country. But it will help if admin will add a member chat in the head of the forum for all members.

Now the chat contest came. We can chat over there or else general chat section is available to chat. I think chat contest is better comfortable than those General chat section as we also can get paid
