My Transacation is still pending in verification status...

Hi, please advise on what is the status of the verification? I have sent all the verification documents and they were approved by you guys. However the status of my transactions is still in "verified". I tried to re submit a similar transacation thinking that myabe the first one was null and void. If possible can someone please tell me what is going on! I have sent several e-mails.

I have a friend who uses centregold and is very suprised at the difficulties I am experiencing with you. Moreover, I sent an e-mail requesting for the first transaction to be cancelled because it had been in verification status for a close to a week now. If you could please just process my second transaction that would be great and to just have someone keep me up to date as well.

*I must highlight that no money has been debited/ taken by centregold for the transaction(s), so they are not holding my money at ransom.

I have same problem, they told me that they send me instruction at home address but i never received in more then 1 month. I made 1 order and got Verification status. Then i made 2nd order and again Verification status again. I stuck with $4000 and then i send many email to centregold and got no reply. I made this order at 03-09-2011 and still waiting for complete it. I told them if you cant fund my Payoneer card then send money back in same account from where i transfer it.

Everything was fine at start but now all stuck and i am using other services that's working fine for me. But not happy with their service now and they also remove their phone number from the web. So i am unable to call them now.

Been 4 days and still under Recived-pending.

Sent all requested documents, still no support.

I really would like some input on what must be needed from my side to make this transaction completed.
