Something which´s not clearly explained is the rate of the benefit points. So 3 Benefit = $0.01???

Yes 3 benefits = 0.01$ so if you have 300 benefits then its 1 dollar through EGC I think rates are really great you can earn 5-6 benefits per post really easily if your making quality posts not spam posting.
