I wonder where did my first post go?

I am not getting a prompt and positive response from centregold.
Has anyone else had a bad experience with this exchanger?

This customer's transaction has been completed. The issue was that the name of the sender of the bank wire was different from the name on the Centregold account. Hence the delay.

P.S. We have very good people at Customer Support, so everyone gets their responses in time!

My experience with them (3 transactions so far) has been prompt and professional. Customer service is good as well.

my experience with them,3 transactions so far (i missed 1 phone call) has been all ok...customer service is good but it take same time to uplad fund's to my acc...but that's no problem...

and i think it would be great if you add some more methodes to withdraw and depoit the money...like neteller or moneybookers or like paypal...this would be great..
