But we can't inspect those personally before buying in online? If there is some damage then we will came to know after we got that particlar product (non electronic) to our home then we can't do any thing, we need to accept that na. Thats why i prefer to buy compnay products online then if we got any iissue then we can ask them

Great! So we can really buy stuffs online with the help of Kupitam huh? That is so neat. But in case of electronics I dont think it is convenient because it might be damaged during the shipping process. Kupitam is perfect for small stuffs though.

ya you are right if theere is some damage when you receive that product then either kupitam or the seller are not responsible so all people prefer to buy electronic products at the local market only than buying online

They do not sell anything directly!! they´re just like a service that will purchase an item referenced from you(ex: a link from amazon, ebay, etc...) I´ve submitted an order some time ago to know the total cost of my item but it was more expensive than buying through a local store so didn´t complete my order To Know the shipping costs for India I suggest you to register in the site and submit your order which is free and only pay if you like their price for that service...

well it is quite a famous site now so it is worth giving it a go and trying atleast to know the price of the products and know if they are more expensive or cheaper compared to other e-stores !

I have paid kupitam $275 . Order No. K03322. Paid on 3rd march 2012. Still no reply from them. Their support staff Christian says "your order will be processed shortly". But when? already 6 days passed.

As I'm unable to post images (require 30 posts), if any admin/staff needs my purchase/payment proof, I will happily provide that!

I am getting worried now. I'll wait for one week more, if there is no response, I may be forced to file a complaint on GDCA (gdcaonline.com) with all proofs!

I hope kupitam staff replies & completes my order as soon as possible, thanks & regards.
