No automatic exchanges?

I was trying to exchange some EGC to GDP, but got "Offline, sorry". Neither EGC, nor GDP are offline. What is the problem then?

It seems that the site is having a accessable problem but I am sure that EGC and GDP team are working on it and will be back soon.

yes there problem with both eurogold cash and global digital pay as these are new payment processors their systems and support are not as good as compared to other experienced payment processors such as liberty reserve !
