StrictPay orders cannot be processed fast, due to the stupid SP policy. They hold all transfers for 48 hours, then release them. And exchangers start processing orders only after funds are released by SP. I tried xChanger.org too, and also waited for 48 hours. And you cannot blame them. If payment processor is managed by unprofessional people, which don't know how to provide security without making legitimate customers suffer, exchangers can do nothing about it - they have to protect themselves.
But absolutexchange.eu processed it fast, somewhere within 3 hours after the funds were released.
I recommend absolutexchange.eu to everybody!

Actually, their rates are pretty modest. Did you see wm-center.com rates? 8%, 9% - it's crazy.
Absolutexchange exchanges LR to other currencies for 1% - that is unbeatable! They work with large amounts, they can afford to have such a low rates. Also, rates derive from payment processors policies, which make it hard or easy to exchange/sell/buy.
