I don't think they provide the PP to LR exchange.

For that sort of an exchange you need to approach personal exchangers with good reputation

Chargeback risk, you most likely will find exchangers selling PP but not the other way. Better to open a separate thread for this & not hijack this one

For each transaction their is minimum fees is $5 even if u say it is 2% how will i get exchange EGC to LR with 2% fees.

Dear Sir,

If our fee is 2%, that means we charge 2% for an exchange, but not less than $5.00. Basically, the minimum fee applies to transactions with amounts less than $100.00 only.
