After Netidentity was bought by Hover they might be trying to make some changes, maybe for the better, they will never tell their customers real reasons. But they have terrible service now.
I don't receive e-mails that people send to me. E-mails from various
addresses. I called and spoke with their representative, he told me
that those e-mails might be from blacklisted servers.
How can half of all servers of the world be blacklisted?
Are google mail, and other internationally known and respected sites -
all blacklisted? I don't even receive e-mails from OpenSRS agency,
which I know they keep sending me.
After they got bought by Hover, my mail client stopped working. I
called, rep told me that I never had this service, I can only use
my mail in a browser. Then, after some investigation, they restored it.
another issue. I had a site. After they got bought, the site dissapeared from the address.
I called a year ago, asked them where my site is now,
and why it dissapeared. They told me that I could not
possible have any site, because I didn't order that service. If I had
it, it wouldn't have dissapeared.
I called in a few months, asked again. I was told that if I had a
site, it would be hosted by Netidentity now, and I should ask them. I called
them, they said they have nothing to do with it, and I should take it
up with Hover.
I called again, and after trying to football me back to Netidentity their
rep told me that he will investigate it and let me know next day.
He even was going to call me. Nobody called?
No site, lost information, and e-mail that does not work.
To get to talk to their representative takes hours of waiting on the line.
Is anybody else experiencing the same issues with them?

Just switch to another hosting provider. Do research first. It's pointless to talk to them.
yeah better finished your plan with the site. and just look for another one while you are still using that. for how long are you tied up with that site. it is not easy to find a good hosting site.
Poor service. E-mail delivers mail selectively. A lot of servers have them blacklisted. But the main probem is that I had personal website, and it dissapeared. Now they are saying that I never had it.
Thanks for the heads up everyone. I'm shopping for a new host and will definitely look closer before purchasing. Has anyone had any experience with hostgator?
When you are ready you might want to take a look at 3ix.org. They have several plans available, prices are really good and I have not had a problem with them at all. So far when I have had a problem, their CS department is great. They have taken care of issues immediately.
