Traffic from easyhits4u is not really a good traffic. most of the time the users are just busy clicking, forgetting about paying attention to the website itself.

You need to add at least 1 site in order to be able to surf!! Its not required to be your own site. It can be your MF ref link or an affiliate link from any other site!! But don´t think that you´ll earn too much $$ surfing here because it takes some time to reach 3$. Anyway this TE gives us a good traffic to our links

If you want to earn money here then it will be boring for you, try to gather some surfing credits in your account which might help you in future for your website to get some good traffic, I also did same thing in case of my self, Now i stopped surfing but just using the credits that i have in account

In order to get those credits you must surf or pay for it!! So it makes no sense to stop surfing and waste your credits in few days only!! Without surfing this site is not useful for you unless you want to pay for that low quality traffic!!
