I just read this information in libertyreserve.com:

What touring number u are talking i have not seen any touring number i had submit survey twice till now.

LR had a problem with a touring code. There was a technical error in it. Is it fixed now?

it is working now, the only thing you need in order to see your touring number is to have the latest version of Adobe Flash, so if you have it installed, you will be able to see without problems. Otherwise, you should install it to your computer! I hope this info help you
