How much WU charging. I think in bank also they will deduct some amount for converting Dollars to normal currency its also high cost

No banks do not charge anything for converting from dollars to inr, instead they becomes happy to get foreign currencies. Paypal has implemented PAN card now, so that when you withdraw the money, they keep a track of it and gives you reduction in Sales Tax.

But when we are exchanging USD to INR in paypal they are giving some less rate. I think now its 45INR for one USD
