I love this new design as well and loading speed is absolutely awesome White and Green are suiting each other nicely and overall I give this design 9.5 out of 10

I agree that loading site is very quick even with slow connection, when it come to color Its looking some what light it will be attractive when we use some dark colors. I will give 9 rating out of 10

I disagree with this I think Light Color is amazing for this Forum Design and Dark Colors will not really be attactive with these design although if moderators want to change the entire forum design including Banner Placement then they can try dark colors as well

Simple and nice looking ...not bad and i give 4 star from 6 to the designer who design the layout...
