You didn't meet the requirements yet. Those requirements are showed in the quote bellow:

III. Signatures

Signatures are enabled for users who are registered for 10 days at least, made a minimum of 20 posts & have 8 of reputation at least. You can find a guide about signatures in the general FAQ.
