Ya i had seen some threada about LR to INR exchange. Now people are not willing to buy LR through own money they want to earn that LR from online

No, they are still many people who don't have lr or want to buy, why not to give it a try, don't assume anything.

I am also looking out to cash out money but there is no suitable exchanger site and even persons who can exchange it for INR

iTS SOME what difficult to find some Indian who is trusted i was scammed by some people from india only in exchanging

Right, LR dont have withdraw facility to bank nor we can attach our bank to LR. So we have to find some merchant who can buy our LR. I sold some LR for INR to libertypayer.com and the transaction was smooth - i found admin quite honest.
