Centregold terrible service

I would never suggest use centregold.com for your transactions. I use them for money transfer to Webmoney account, and their services are terrible. For beginners the transaction fees are huge. Secondly they don't have a phone number to reach for their customer support services, so if one running to any problem she or he has to write them e-mails that often go without any response. But probably most important issue is the speed that they processing transactions. There is statement on their website where centregold promises process your request within 6 to 48 hours, but usually it's takes 4 to 7 days in a reality.
As of this moment I have a pending order placed 6 days ago. I wrote 3 e-mails and so far nothing. Stay away from this company.

No kidding! I thought they have good reputation. They replied me in 4 days after I sent the payment, they asked if I am the one who sent the payment. The order details in the transaction memo is not enough, they need the batch number. I gave them the batch number. It is 5th day now, they didn't pay me my money. Ridiculous, annoying support. I hope I get my money back, and I won't ever use centregold again. Centregold - shame!
