So? Liberty Reserve, I believe, is registered in Costa-Rica, but it does not mean that it's Costa-Rican company.
They might be legally registered in Panama, but based anywhere they want.

I believe they are based in Germany, but that is only a rumors.
Somewhere in Europe anyway. I think you can ask them directly.

I do not have an EGC accout yet. But i find EGC is not so popular in get paid to programs. Where is it mainly used and is there some offical exchage site for us to change it to LR or Paypal?

EGC is a new and emerging digital e currency which is gaining popularity very quickly in most of the ptp forums.
All the contest of goldage forum and this forum use EGC as their currency to pay the members.I have an account there for quite some time and its working fine well me.

Paypal Rocks, EGC is rarely accepted by some merchants, LR rules HYIP programs.

egc is a payment processor and is becoming popular nowadays as many hyips have started accepting egc and even forums have started paying thorugh it . i also prefer it as it is a safe online payment processor.

EGC is a popular payment processor but I haven't seen a single hyip which accepts EGC as its payment processor.
