    Question Revocable Vs. Irrevocable Currencies

How can you compare eurogoldcash and moneybookers?
Two years ago I sold something for MB, then they arrested all my funds, and told me that the funds came from hacked account. I lost about $300. What kind of payment processor is that? And PayPal is the same. People dump them, because they make people suffer for no reason.
In the meantime, EGC is irrevocable, they guarantee it. It's like LR, Pecunix, it's reliable. And I don't know any other european systems of this kind.

That´s happens becoz you haven´t READ their terms before making some illegal transfers... And you must not receive money from someone who´s funds aren´t cleaned And if you havent notice yet, MB is irrevocable too according to their terms:
6.4. Until the payment is accepted by the recipient, Customer remains the owner of those funds and Moneybookers holds those funds as agent, but Customer will not be able to withdraw those funds or send the funds to any other recipient unless the initial transaction is cancelled. If, within 14 days from payment being sent to a non-registered Moneybookers recipient, he/she has not opened and activated a new Moneybookers account, Moneybookers will cancel the transaction and the money will be sent back to the Customer’s account. However, Send Money Fees are non-refundable.

Yes you can't compare between MB and EGC, Moneybookers is popular than EGC and it is accepted in alot of stores online , but you have to read their TOS and to know who send you the money, then you won't face any problems with them.

That´s it General. The problem here is that people only read the TOS after the troubles happen and then said I haven´t seen that rules before If you don´t agree with that rules you must NEVER assign it while registering a new account

    Felipe,

You quoted the part of their ToS not related to what we are discussing here.
MB is big time REVOCABLE, as well as PayPal. "Revocable" means money can be retrieved back to sender. And their ToS slearly state it.

    To LeGeneral:
Exactly, you have to know who sends you money. But with EGC, as well as with LR, you don't have to know it, what makes it better than other payment options. I was not doing anything illegal, but I lost my money, because the sender was a hacker. It does not make any sense to many people, and they would use LR if ebay accepted it. They are forsed to use PayPal.

Its revocable but only in that specific case I´ve mention before. In most of other type of transfers it isn´t

Ebay would NEVER accpet a pay processor like LR because if the product or service wasn´t as described, the buyer has no way to ask for a refund

If you are a payment processor, and you provide buyer's insurance, you protect buyer against seller. In other words, you protect one party against it's counterpart. And if the buyer complains, no matter if he says the truth or lies, seller suffers. And PayPal cannot know who says the truth, buyer or seller.
The most fair practice is to warn customers that payments are irrevocable, and they have to know who they send funds to.
PayPal and MB represent typical government's way of thinking. I don't see any benefits of using these systems.
On the other hand, LR and EGC are systems that I can use and not worry about possible surprises. Because it's safe.

Well they will investigate the dispute and find fairly who´s is right in any specific trouble. It´s not difficult to find who´s is telling the truth about a product or a service. Both parts have ways to proof the facts. That´s most fair system which proctect buyer and seller. In irrevocable PP´s buyer´s has no protections against fraudlently business provided by lots of scammers out there...

Some TOS are really long and I don´t think most of us read it all... only after u get in trouble you start reading better.. That´s the most common situation..
