I just have been scammed by an african exchanger exchangeecurrencies.com for $3500.
I filled out an order form, paid $3500 eurogoldcash, and after several messages they replied to me with the following:

Okay, our minimum Paypal out going is $4000 USD, So do you like to proceed?
So when you send additional $520 Euro Gold Cash you will have a total of 3360.00 USD in your Paypal account. Let me know when you are ready to go.

I certainly refused to do so, and demanded my eurogoldcash back. But after few blur replies they stopped replying to me.

I made a complaint to eurogoldcash admin, and they said they blocked the fraudsters account, but the system is non-returnable, so my money is gone.
This is a big loss for me.
