I. General Rules

1. You must be 18 years old or above to be a member of this forum.
2. You warrant that you will not act obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, dishonest or otherwise violative of any laws. This applies to:
1. Your user-name: In addition of the above, it shouldn't refer to a company you are not working for or it will be banned.
2. Your messages (public or private) and any other material you may add to this forum (images, links, etc).
3. Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
4. Respect one another even if you do not agree with each other. People can have different opinions that you might not agree with. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Any cheating or fraud attempt will lead to a ban & the full disclosure of scammer's information to the victim and the authorities.
6. Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
7. Before you open a topic or ask a question, make sure to use the search feature, in many cases it could be already posted. this way you save your time & others'.
8. You must make valuable, informative, and grammatically correct posts written in the English language. Short, nonsensical posts shall be deleted & you may be warned or banned.
• Exceptionally posts in other languages than English can be made in the International folders.
9. Savage advertising & spamming are not allowed in all their forms, refer to Section II (Advertising) for more information.
10. If you suspect someone of posting useless, irrelevant, suspicious or malicious posts, or you have a problem with someone's posts, do not discuss it in a public forum. There is a "report post" icon (triangle shape ) accompanying each post that you can click to report it.
11. Please also report to the staff any other suspicious or inappropriate activity. The list of administrators & moderators can be found here.

II. Advertising

While you are allowed to advertise your businesses or affiliate programs, this should comply with the following rules:

1. You can't advertise a buriness that contains illegal porn, promotes hatred, terrorism or violence or that involves other illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations.
2. You are not allowed to advertise or discuss other communities or forums.
3. Promoting a business should only be in the appropriate section of the public forums, your profile, your signature or a social group created for this purpose.
4. Only one thread is allowed per business. Use the search feature before you open a thread in case someone had created it before you.
5. Referral links are allowed only for threads starters.
6. You are not allowed to use services or methods that hide, redirect or shorten URLs (example: tinyurl.com).
7. Thread titles should be descriptive & comply with the formatting required in some sections, more information about titles on this link.
8. Be descriptive when presenting the business in your post's body, post any information that may help other members & don't limit yourself to just a link or a short description.
9. Are concidered spamming & can lead to warnings or a ban the following practices:
1. Advertising by opening multiple threads.
2. Posting advertisements in existing threads.
3. Advertising in the wrong sections especially those that don't allow advertising.
4. Advertising in others profiles or in groups comments.
5. Advertising or solicitation via private messages or emails; this leads to an instant ban.
6. Any other practices judged Spam by the administrators or moderators.
10. Moneyfacture Forum is not responsible for its moderators' personal business services. Moderators are forbidden to use their status to promote their businesses, suppress other members offering same services or use their moderation abilities against their clients. If you encounter such issues please inform the administration.

III. Signatures

Signatures are enabled for users who are registered for 10 days at least, made a minimum of 20 posts & have 8 of reputation at least. You can find a guide about signatures in the general FAQ.

In addition to the General & Advertising rules above, Signature rules are as follow:

1. Two text links OR one banner for regular members / Three text links OR one banner + one link for advanced members.
2. Three lines of text including blank lines for regular members / four lines for advanced members.
3. The banner should have a maximum of 468 pixels in width & 60 px in height.
4. The banner should not include nude or an inappropriate image.
5. Signatures violating the above rules will be deleted with or without a warning.

IV. Reputation

[ARG:2 UNDEFINED] uses a reputation system that lets members award other members with points for their good posts or to take points from them for meaningless / abusing / spam posts.

The reputation system exists for the sole purpose of enhancing the quality of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] posts by rewarding quality posters and punishing spam and other useless, irrelevant posts. Therefore giving & taking away reputation points should comply with the following rules:

1. We recommend awarding members with reputation points when they post informative posts (written by themselves), help others and help make this community become a better place.
2. You should remove points when a user posts irrelevant information that does not help anyone, or when his/her post doesn't match thread's discussion.
3. Do not add/remove points just because you don't agree with a member's opinion, points of view or anything else that isn't concerned with the quality of his/her post.
4. Swapping reputation points is not allowed (give me one, and I'll give you one).
5. Rewarding or punishing someone for a successful (or unsuccessful) exchange, trade or other activity that is not related to the quality of a user's messages is not allowed. There are other systems to rate exchangers, traders & such.

V. Final Notes

• Although the administrators and moderators of [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] will attempt to keep all objectionable material off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the administration, will not be held responsible for the content of any message.
• Administration reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
• Administration reserves the right to add, change, update, delete or overrule any rule in the best interest of the community.
• [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] rules are not designed to restrain members actions but to protect the forum from abuse & to make it nice & enjoyable for the members. A land with no rules is a land with no peace ;-)
